Frequently asked questions
We stand behind all our products we sell. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, it may be returned to our office within 7 days of receipt for a refund, credit, or exchange if it is unused, all packaging is intact, and our packaging seals remain intact and not tampered with.
This is to ensure all pieces are not misplaced, used, or damaged. Should the packaging not be satisfactory, you are at risk of not receiving a refund or exchange of the product. Should you return a product, and it is not faulty, you will be charged handling fees.
Important: Kindly be advised that our delivery personnel are unable to receive any items for returns.
